My partner and I bought the snapper and chips and it was one of the best we've had! The batter was light, fish was tasty and the fries weren't greasy. It was a large portion size and great value for your money. Definitely recommending to anyone visiting Denmark!

Here in Denmark for family holiday and today is ANZAC Day public holiday so dining out was impossible to book anywhere. We all felt like fish n chips, take out and back at our cosy cabin with the fire place going. Best decision we made was calling Madfish in town. We ordered three pieces of King fish and chips and their homemade tartare and aioli sauces, and it’s hands down the best fish n chips we’ve eaten in a long time. Our kids absolutely loved the King fish which they were unsure about as they usually only eat shark. Perfectly fresh and best chips too.

As luck would have it, we couldn’t indulge in the delicious smelling food there due to our kids’ allergies… but… we were able to take home some of the frozen fish to enjoy. Delicious! Appreciated the understanding owners too… lovely people.

Best Fish & Chips so far. It is fresh, tender, juicy, full of favour. We parked our motorhome along the road right outside the shop & have the dinner in it

Okay so the best fish and chips ever but beware of the price in advance. We chose the local caught which you pay a bit extra for and I got pink snapper and honesty without a double the best fish I have ever had. So if you check the menu - happy with prices - highly recommend - best pineapple fritter ever too with bit of cinnamon yum

Have had good fish and chips from here but on this occasion the fish (Hake) was dry and tough and the chips were under seasoned and very average. Handbattered squid were good. Maybe ordering on a weekend effected the quality of the food.

Have been here twice and both times not dissapointed. Reasonably priced for the serving sizes, fish not overcooked and the batter was beautiful. Salt and pepper squid rings were cooked well, could have been crispier but were not rubbery. Pineapple fritters are to die for and chips are perfectly cooked, a little cripsy and soft on the inside. Overall would highly recommend this fish and chip place. Super satisfied!
